Welcome to Formula AI Global. By using this platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

We provide a search, chat, and AI platform for chemical formulations — including database search, AI conversation, book extraction, cost calculator, and production scaler. The database grows daily.

2. Your Account

• You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent.
• You're responsible for protecting your password and account confidentiality.
• Don't share your account with others outside your paid plan.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to:

• Generate hazardous materials (explosives, weapons, narcotics).
• Violate laws in your country or country of operation.
• Scrape content in bulk to resell as a competing product.
• Upload books or content you don't own rights to.

4. Formulas & Commercial Use

Formulas in the database come from public sources (books, patents, research). You may use them for commercial purposes, but you remain responsible for: regulatory verification in your country, safety testing, and intellectual property rights of any formulation under an active patent.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Payments are monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans, no questions asked.

6. Usage Limits

Each plan has a defined daily limit (10 for Guest, 20 for Free, 100 for Pro, 500 for Business). Excessive usage may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and trademark belong to Formula AI Global. Formulas you upload or modify remain yours. When uploading a book, you grant us a license to process it and extract formulas to your account.

8. Disclaimer

Formulas are for educational and professional purposes. Always test in a controlled lab environment before manufacturing. Formula AI Global is not liable for damages from formula application. The AI provides suggestions, but the human chemist remains responsible for the final decision.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for term violations. We retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email 14 days in advance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved amicably first, then in the courts of Dubai.
