At Formula AI Global, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. Data We Collect

• Account info: email, name (from Google if provided), profile photo.
• Usage: chat count, searches, uploaded books, saved formulas.
• Conversations: everything you type in AI Chat is saved forever to give you persistent memory.
• Payments: processed via Stripe (we don't store credit card numbers).
• IP address: only to apply daily limits for guests.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide the service (search, chat, save formulas).
• Enforce daily limits and subscriptions.
• Improve the AI (anonymously).
• Send important notifications (e.g. subscription renewal).

We will never sell your data. We will never share your chats with any third party.

3. Who We Share With

Only with service providers, for limited operational purposes:

• Supabase — database hosting.
• Cloudflare — Worker hosting and site acceleration.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI processing. We don't send personal data in prompts.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — OAuth sign-in (optional).

4. Your Rights

• Access: request a copy of all your data.
• Correction: fix any inaccurate info.
• Deletion: delete your account and all data anytime.
• Export: export your formulas and conversations.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your sign-in session. We don't use cookies for ads or cross-site tracking.

6. Data Security

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and in the database.
• Row Level Security is enabled on every table.
• Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (we never see them).

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. After deletion, we keep a backup for 30 days, then permanent deletion.

8. Children

The platform is not intended for users under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Updates

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email.
